In Cologne, design meets expertise

imm cologne started out as a trade fair devoted purely to furniture. But in recent years it has developed into a conceptually sophisticated trade fair for all types of furnishing. That’s why well-known exhibitors enjoy success in Cologne and present themselves in exclusive halls such as Prime and Comfort. The expansion of the Pure segment into the Pure Village, Pure Textile and — new for 2013 — Pure Editions concepts has resulted in imm cologne attracting more expertise in the area of design. The renowned “Interior Innovation Award” design prize further underscores the importance of the trade fair as an international furnishing show.

Interview: Claus Anstoetz is looking forward to January

The Pure Textile segment is the platform for top designers of the innovative fabrics used in interior design. Located in Hall 3.2, Pure Textile will present concepts and materials from well-known brands that are used to decorate interior spaces. The JAB Anstoetz company will be taking advantage of this platform. Two months before the beginning of the trade fair, the imm cologne editorial office spoke with Claus Anstoetz, the managing partner of the JAB Anstoetz Group, about his expectations concerning the trade fair.
